Along with this, women who can conceive but are not able to carry a pregnancy can also be diagnosed with infertility.

There are two types of infertility.

1. Primary Infertility

Male Infertility signs to look out for

Male infertility shows some of the signs where he can get to know that he is facing some kind of infertility issues. The signs are such as :

1. Abnormal Hormonal Levels

Here the hormones affect the sperm production and it causes a malfunction in sperms production and they are not able to travel a good distance in a woman’s uterus and they get destroyed before a successful sperm plantation on the egg.

2. Abnormal Semen Analysis

Here, the analysis done on the sperm sample gives the data about the sperm production, see their shape and size and how fast they move in the required location so that they get properly implanted on woman’s egg. Data with discrepancy gives the idea to the doctor about infertility and this can be the sign for it.

3. Atypical Testicular Biopsy

Here the biopsy is done on the testicles if they are small in size and not able to produce sperm properly in good proportion with good quality. This gives the idea to the doctors about what is causing sperms to be small in size or having less movement, etc.

Female Infertility signs to look out for

Similar to male infertility signs, female also shows some signs of infertility so that she gets to know what is the reason she is not able to get pregnant after trying for months.

1. Abnormal Hormone Levels

Here the hormones of the body are acting in such a way that they are not allowing sperm to enter the uterus or destroying sperms when they come near the uterus. Females also face the issue of PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome).

2. Blocked Fallopian tubes

Fallopian tubes are female reproductive organs. Here the fallopian tubes are not able to carry the egg from ovaries to the uterus and vice versa as tubes are blocked due to medication, infections, or pelvic adhesions.

3. Positive STD’s screening

Here the woman is diagnosed with any one of the STD’s and because of that unprotected conceiving is not possible as it would spread STD to the male partner and can be a chain of transmission of diseases.

4. Abnormal periods, no periods, period cycle more than 35 days, etc
